  1. Are the lashes made of synthetic fibers or mink? Are they cruelty-free?
    Our magnetic lashes are made with two types of cruelty-free materials. Real mink lashes are handmade using horsehair, while faux mink lashes are made with high-quality synthetic fibers.

  2. Is the Diva Glimpse magnetic eyeliner safe to use?
    Yes, the Diva Glimpse magnetic eyeliner is made with body-safe ingredients and is free of heavy metals or parabens. The iron powder, which the EWG rates as non-toxic, doesn’t usually cause any skin issues. It is even considered safe for people with sensitive skin.

    However, if have an existing eye condition or have recently undergone surgery, do consult your doctor before using the liner.

  3. How do I make the lashes fit my eye shape?
    Diva Glimpse lashes come in various styles, each varying in length and thickness. To make them fit your eye shape, measure it against your lash line and then cut from either end. You don’t have to worry about losing any magnets on the Magnetic Lashes as each pair has 10 magnets to hold it in place.

  4. How many times can I use my Diva Glimpse lashes?
    With the proper care and storage, it can last up to 40 uses.

  5. Can I wear mascara with my Diva Glimpse lashes?
    Yes! Make sure you first use the Diva Glimpse lash curler and apply your mascara BEFORE putting on the eyelashes. Don’t put mascara directly on DG lashes as it might ruin its shape and shorten its lifespan.

  6. How do I clean my Diva Glimpse lashes?
    Follow the given step carefully to clean the lashes and maintain their quality over their lifetime:

    - Carefully remove the lashes from your lash line;
    - Gently scrape off any liner residue from the lash band;
    - If there is any residue still left, use an oil-based makeup remover on a cotton bud to clean;
    - DO NOT WET the lashes as they might get ruined permanently.

    Yes, all transactions on Diva Glimpse are conducted in USD.

  4. How much shipping cost will I be charged?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the delivery location. Your charges will also differ if you choose to get shipment insurance*.

  5. When will you ship my parcel? 
    To facilitate the best online shopping experience for all our customers, we make sure shipments are sent out within 12 hours after you’ve placed an order. To make the process even more convenient and avoid any delivery delays, make sure you fill out the right information.

    Once you’ve done so, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link.

  6. When will I receive my lashes?
    We try our best to make sure you receive your order within 12 business days at the most.

  7. The tracking link is not showing any information.
    Delays in tracking updates are common. It will take somewhere between 24 and 48 hours for you to get an update on your package after it’s shipped. If you still don’t receive an update after the 48-hour mark, contact us at

  8. Why is my package not here yet?
    You may have not received your parcel as it might be:
  • Marked “return to sender”, this happens when you enter the wrong or incomplete address. You can reach out to Diva Glimpse and we’ll be glad to send it ship it again.
  • Misplaced.  Check with your neighbors if they’ve received your parcel in case you can’t find it. If you still can’t find it, it might have been shipped to the wrong location. Get in touch with us to get this issue resolved.**
  • Stolen. While the couriers try their best to keep your package safe, unfortunately, there are instances where your package might get stolen.**
